2. Personal Data We Process and Retention Periods

CONTACT FORM
When you submit the contact form, we process your full name, email address, telephone number, if provided, and the content of your message. The purpose is to respond to your question or enquiry and to conduct subsequent communication.The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to received messages pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain the data for no longer than two years from the last communication. If a contractual relationship is established, the data will be retained for the periods required by applicable legislation governing contractual and accounting documentation.

NEWSLETTER
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and the date and time of your subscription. The purpose is to send news and updates from ONIXON GROUP. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 116 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting adminweb@onixongroup.com. We retain your data until you withdraw your consent. We may retain a record of the granting and withdrawal of consent for the purpose of demonstrating that the processing was carried out in accordance with the law.

If the applicant gives consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, the CV may be retained in the applicant database for no longer than one year for the purpose of offering future employment opportunities. Visiting the Website
When you visit the website, technical data may be processed automatically, particularly your IP address, browser and device type, the date and time of your visit and the page visited, in the form of server logs. The purpose is to ensure the functionality and security of the website and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is retained only for the period necessary to ensure security and in accordance with the settings of the hosting provider.

When uploading images to the website, you should avoid uploading images containing embedded location data, such as EXIF GPS data. Website visitors may download images from the website and extract any location data contained in them.
